Short answer: Everything you make is in My ads, newest first. Hover an ad marked Ready, then press Download to save the file or Preview to play it.
  • Check Needs review first. Those ads are waiting for you.
  • If you paid for captions, you get both versions.
My ads is everything you have ever made, newest first. The line under the heading tells you how many.

Filtering

Five filters across the top, each with a count beside it: Needs review is the one to check first. An ad sitting there is not being made — it is waiting for you.

What each ad shows

Every ad in the list carries its length, the product it was made for, its status, and the Style and Playbook it used, written as Style · Playbook — for example Natural UGC · Pattern Interrupt. That label is the useful part once you have a few ads. It tells you what combination produced the one you like, so you can make more of the same.

Previewing and downloading

Hover an ad that is Ready and two controls appear: Preview plays it in place, and Download saves the file. Download it before you need it. Download the uncaptioned version too if you paid for captions — you get both, and some platforms add their own.

Finding and handling several ads

  • Search sits at the top. Type a product name to find its ads.
  • Two views. The two icons beside it switch between a gallery of previews and a table with the type, status and date of each ad.
  • Several at once. Tick one or more ads and a bar appears with Download, Delete and Clear. Clear only un-ticks them.
Delete can’t be undone. The app asks you to confirm first. Download anything you want to keep before you delete it.

Ads that failed

An ad that did not finish is labelled Failed · not charged. You were not charged for it. See why an ad fails.

A note on the address

Open My ads from the menu rather than typing an address. The short /my-ads address does not currently lead anywhere — the working one is reached from the menu.
