What each part of UGCFirst is for, and where to find your credits, your ads and your settings.
Short answer:Create starts an ad. My ads holds everything you have made. Products keeps your saved products. Settings holds your plan and spending limits.
Your credit balance is always at the bottom left.
Ads under Needs review are waiting for you, and cost nothing until you approve them.
Seven things in the left menu. Here’s what each one is for.
Bottom left, always visible. It shows how many credits you have available, a bar for how much you’ve used, and a Buy credits button.Check it before starting an expensive ad. A full UGC video is 100 credits, so if you’re showing 60, you’ll need more first.
Continue where you left off — anything part-finished. An ad waiting on your approval shows here with a Review & approve button. Nothing has been charged until you approve it.

The one to keep an eye on is Needs review in My ads. Ads sitting there aren’t being made and aren’t costing you anything — they’re waiting on you.
Six sections: Account, Plan & billing, Cost controls, Brand kit, Appearance and Notifications. Two are worth setting up on day one:Cost controls. Set a maximum credit spend per run. Go over it and UGCFirst pauses and asks first. See Cost controls.Brand kit. Pick your brand voice — Friendly & upbeat, Confident & bold, Calm & premium, or Playful — and your accent colour. Every ad after that matches.
