Short answer: Payments are handled by Stripe, and UGCFirst never sees your card. Go to Settings → Plan & billing, press Manage billing, then Manage on Stripe for invoices, your card and cancelling.
  • Invoices download as PDFs.
  • If a payment fails, your plan keeps working for three days while you update the card.
All payments are handled by Stripe. UGCFirst never sees or stores your card details.

Where all of it lives

Go to Settings → Plan & billing and press Manage billing. Inside that panel there is a Manage on Stripe link. Invoices, your payment method and cancellation all live behind it. If you have never paid for anything, that link is not there yet. It appears once you have a billing account, which happens the first time you buy credits or start a plan.

Getting an invoice

Open Manage on Stripe. Your invoices are listed there and each one downloads as a PDF — those are the receipts to use for your accounts or your tax return.

Changing the card

Same place. Manage on Stripe, then payment method, then add or replace the card. It is worth doing before the card on file expires rather than after, because a failed renewal interrupts your plan.

If a payment fails

You will get an email as soon as the first payment fails. From that point you have three days to sort it out. During those three days your plan carries on working normally. If the payment still has not gone through after three days, your plan stops working until it does. Stripe keeps retrying the card in the background the whole time, so if the cause was temporary — a bank hold, a block because you were travelling — it often resolves without you doing anything. To fix it yourself, open Manage on Stripe and update the card. As soon as a payment goes through, everything comes straight back.

What you are never charged for
