Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you sign up using Google, we receive basic profile information from your Google account.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers or banking details. Stripe provides us with limited information such as the last four digits of your card and billing address for record-keeping.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you use UGCFirst, including videos generated, features accessed, product URLs submitted, and interaction patterns. This helps us improve our service.

Product Content

When you generate videos, you may provide product URLs, images, and descriptions. These are processed by our AI models to create your videos. We store this content to deliver and improve our services.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We also use first and third-party cookies and tracking technologies to understand how you use our website and to improve our services.

We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. We also use the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms, Inc.
