Short answer: Press Create, then Autopilot. Paste your product link, choose Video, Image ads or Campaign, and press Research my product. The research is free, and you see the script and the cost before anything is made.
  • Credits are only taken when you approve.
  • No link? Type the details in yourself.
Autopilot is the quickest route. You give it a link and it does the research, the script, the creator and the edit.

What it costs

A full UGC video is 100 credits. Image ads are 10 credits each. Captions add 10 credits and are switched on by default, which gets you both a captioned and an uncaptioned version. Nothing is charged until you approve the script.

How to do it

1

Open Autopilot

Press Create, then Autopilot. The page says “Let’s make your ad.”
2

Paste your product link

Paste the address of your product page. If you have made an ad before, your saved products are listed underneath under Or start from a saved product — pick one instead and skip the research. No link? Press No link? Add product details manually and type them in.
3

Choose what you are making

Three options. Video is one UGC ad. Image ads are a few stills. Campaign is a full set of videos and stills together — the price of a campaign depends on what ends up in it, so check the estimate before approving.Campaign needs the Riff or Encore plan. On Pay as you go or Hook, its tile shows a lock and can’t be picked. See plans and what they cost.
4

Press Research my product

It reads the page, the photos and the claims, then works out who buys products like yours. This takes a couple of minutes and does not cost credits.
5

Read the script, then approve

You get the script and the plan before anything renders. This is the point to change your mind. Credits are taken when you approve, not before.

Setting the country and language

Under Advanced options you can set the Region — United States, United Kingdom, Canada or Australia — and the Language — English, Spanish, French or German. The region changes who the ad is written for, not only the spelling. Some product pages cannot be read from outside. See why we could not read your link.
