# What UGCFirst does

## What you get

**UGC video ads.** UGC means "user-generated content" — the kind of video where a real-looking person holds your product and talks about it, filmed on a phone in a normal room. It's the style that performs on TikTok and Instagram because it doesn't look like an ad.

**Image ads.** Still pictures of your product, made to stop the scroll.

**Campaigns.** A whole coordinated set — several ads built around one idea, from one link.

## What it costs

You pay with **credits**. Different things cost different amounts, because a 15-second video takes far more computing power to make than a single still image.

Two important things:

**You see the exact cost before anything is made.** UGCFirst researches your product for free, shows you what it plans to make, tells you the price, and waits. Nothing is charged until you press the button.

**If an ad fails, you're not charged.** It'll say "Failed · not charged" in My ads. The credits stay in your balance.

## What it costs to start

Nothing. Signing up puts you on **Pay as you go** — no subscription, no monthly fee. You buy credits when you want an ad, and those credits never expire.
